Role: HR Generalist

Job Overview

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. Should handle human resources functionalities, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and statutory compliances, this is the place to be.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 Years
  • Degree: Masters in Human Resources
  • Salary: 1.5 to 2.5 Lakhs per annum

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, Recruitments/selection and on boarding
  • Design HR policy & process manual
  • Create standard operating procedures for all HR processes
  • Manage business/HR MIS/Reporting
  • Custodian for monitoring progress on PMS, Employee Disciplinary Action Process (EDAP)etc
